Partners In Care is a Florida Nurse Registry, licensed to provide companion, private duty home health care, and temporary staffing to clients in southwest Florida.  Partners In Care utilizes compassionate, experienced companions, licensed home health aides and certified nursing assistants who have all had extensive background screenings and are always supervised by a registered nurse.

We specialize in partnering with clients and their families to provide the assistance required to allow them to safely remain in their own homes. We recognize the importance of maintaining our clients independence within their home environment and avoiding the psychological devastation of being placed in a nursing home or hospital. Our clients are always our primary concern and we serve as their advocate. We offer free consultations to clients and their families when changes must be made in order to safely remain at home.

Companion services are provided to assist our clients with specific needs. Meal preparation, performing errands, accompanying clients to appointments, light housekeeping are just a part of our companion services. We always provide compassionate caregivers who provide companionship, guidance, and assistance in a non- intrusive manner.

Our experienced critical care registered nurses are trained to assess and manage complex health care needs.  These nurses develop care plans for the CNA/ home health aide assigned to your case. Our nurses are experts in the available resources within the local health care market and are able to advise our clients in the various treatment options and health care practioners available.
