Partners In Care also provides home infusion and blood draw services to homebound clients. You no longer have to spend hours at physian offices or infusion centers.

Companion services are provided to assist our clients with specific needs. Meal preparation, performing errands, accompanying clients to appointments, light housekeeping are just a part of our companion services. Our registered nurses are trained to assess and manage complex health care needs.  These nurses develop care plans for the CNA/ home health aide assigned to your case. Our nurses are experts in the available resources within the local health care market and are able to advise our clients in the various treatment options and health care practioners available.
