1. Care Management
Partners In Care provides experienced Registered Nurses, dedicated to your goals and individual needs. We provide home based services which insure that your health needs
are being met by:
Assessing your home environment and your ability to access appropriate health care services.
Evaluating safety issues within your home.
Helping you organize your medications and assist with their administration.
Compiling health histories and medication records.
Performing rountine blood draws and blood pressure checks.
Meeting with and coordinating your care among various physicians.
Assisting with transportation and/or accompanying you to health care facilities to assist you in better understanding the purpose of treatments and other medical procedures.
Performing teaching sessions on newly diagnosed diseases and treatment options.
Providing written reports to families concerning quality of care you receive in hospitals and nursing homes.
Reviewing your medical bills and identifying duplicate and inappropriate charges.

2. Companion services
Partners In Care provides experiences, compassionate certified nursing assistants, home health aides, and companions on a short term (2-4 hrs.) or a 24 hour basis. We provide asistance with bathing, dressing, grooming and skin care. All of our certified nursing assistants are licensed by the state of Florida and carry liability insurance. These professional caregivers provide the assistance required to allow our elderly clients remain in their own home. Accompanying clients to appointments, reminding clients to take their medicines, performing light housekeeping, and providing companionship and emotional support are some of the many functions performed by Partners In Care .

3. Temporary Staffing
Partners In Care provides highly skilled nurses and nurse's aides to local health care facilities and physician offices. All of our nurses undergo state mandated criminal background checks. In addition, nurses are hand picked to provide the level of service required by your facility. Most of our RN's are ACLS certified and are currently working in local hospitals and home care agencies.
